Teen Strength Programs—Individualized strength program based on goals of each individual, can be done in partners and groups. Progressive program that will be taught and then changed every 12 weeks. Includes strength training, metabolic training, obstacle training, ninja warrior training, speed training and jump training. Perfect for Boys and Girls.
Times: Weekdays 3:30-5:00
Cost: Options for 1 session to 3 sessions / week (3 month expiry on all passes)
10 Classes = $120 plus GST
20 Classes = $200 plus GST
24 Classes = $220 plus GST
